Long Lost PSX

This is one of the missing in action stamps I recently found. YEAH !!! It is a PSX stamp from 1995 ... but I think it is really a timeless stamp. I love the image. I made this baby boy card for fun .. I don't even know anyone that is pregnant LOL ... oh well into the stash til needed ...

Outlines Paper Piecing

This was made for my Manager at work. She is moving to the beautiful Vancouver Island on Wednesday.
I stamped the image twice .. once on SU Kiwi Kiss CS and scond on the DP .. cut out the one on the DP and glued to the Kiwi kiss CS .. used my nesties for the background ... and my new fancy Tags from Spellbinders for the sentiment. Hope she likes it :)

TLC228 Stand Up Card

This is such a fun fold to make .. The tutorial can be found here on SCS. I made this for my Grandson for Easter. The little chicks are from Great Impressions, the sentiment is from Studio G $ stamps at Micheals as is the little bunny in the flower pot.

T R O U B L E !!!!!

He He he .. this little guy is helping Mom clean the shelves off. Having a great time flinging things around. Love the concentration he has on his task. Sometimes Grandma's get great satisfaction out of a little bit o payback .... Have fun Shannon ... Your fun is just beginning!!! Love you and this precious BOY !!!!

My Grandson

Matteo has discovered he has suction cups on his toes LOL ... he has started climbing on everything my DD says. here is proof .. he seems very proud of himself. Oh I love this boy !!!

Flourishes Beauty

I love Love Love Love this stamp set from Flourishes, called Spring Ephemerals. (have to look up ephemerals in the dictionary LOL)
I used ink from CTMH called twilight. and love ho this turned out. Hope you like it too.

Happy Bird Day !!

I thought I had lost a box of stamps when we moved a year ago. My hubby was going through some boxes in the storage room and lo and behold .. he pulls out my missing box of stamps. They were in one of his boxes of junk LOL .. I was very excited. Funny ... out of the thousands of stamps I have ... I just knew some were missing. These are from Great Impressions. The sentiment is from A Muse.

This was madde for my Dear Mother In Law .. I used my Unity Stamp called Saved. Love the Basic Grey DP. Hope she likes it. :)

For My Irish BFF !!!

I made this card for my Friend Jackie, she is a pure fiesty redheaded Irish Diva, I used a beer stamp from Las Vegastamps. Colored it green of course and topped it off with stickles. Hope you had a good laugh my friend !!

This is just a little card made for ... Yeah .. St Patricks's Day !!! I used a little stamp from Studio G .. the little $ ones.

This is another card made for the DT for OUTLINES RUBBER STAMP CO .. I made this one with a border stamp I had of theirs already. I used a few Swarovski Crystals as usual :) They are just so pretty and Sparkly !! Hope you like.

My First Assignment

Well..... the 8 cards below this are my first ever Design Team member attempts. They have all been mailed to Outlines Rubber Stamp Company. It was very hard to part with them . They were all Springy and Blingy and I hope Mandy enjoys them as much as I enjoyed making them.

The first night I received the stamps, I came into my craft room and sat down to make a card... I was so nervous ... my hands were shaking ... it was kind of funny !! Then I calmed down shook it off and got to it. Hope you enjoy the results.

Now ... I wait to see what happens .. what will my next asignment be ??? Please come back and check it out.

Outlines Card 8

This is my favorite card. I love working with this Tri Shutter Card. The tutorial can be found here on SCS.

There are 3 different stamps from Outlines used on this card. They have many stamps that are so perfect for this type of card as they can all be easily cut and just portions used. The stamps can be found here. I hope you like it.

Outlines Card 7

I love this little bunny!!! I colored her with Bic mark It's and of course the usual bling. I used Jones Tones Glossy paint for the tail ... it is puffy and I sprinkled some glitter on it while it was wet. The stamps for this card can be found here.

Outlines Card 6

Ok .. here is card 6 ... I colored with Bic Mark It's and used a few Swarovski Crystals and a bit of stickles .. I love bling. A few of the flowers are popped up on dimentionals as is the egg. The stamp for this image can be found here.

Outlines Project 5

This is a super easy little Match Book Candy Cover, The tutorial can be found here at SCS. I used a stamp from Outlines Rubber Stamp Co. lots of stickles and Swarovski Crystals , also from outlines. Try and make one !! They are quick and easy and you can decorate so cute. I used a teabag in my little pocket.

This little card is an Easel card. The tutorial can be found here on SCS. A fun little card that folds right flat.

Outlines Project 2

This is a bookmark I made. Colored very springy and girly with lots of bling. I used the Swarovski Crystals from Outlines Rubber Stamps. Lots of stickles as well. I am amazed at how sparkly the Swarovski Crystals are .. oh my I love them !!!!! Outlines has tons of sizes and colors... check them out.

Outlines Card 1

This is one of my 8 cards I needed to make for my DT Member assignment for Outline Rubber Stamp Company. This was a very cheery and colorful assignment. I wanted to keep the colors light and springy. This is actually one of the darkest colors I used as I wanted to be able to use for male or female. This stamp can be found here

FS158 @ SCS Hamiltongal's Special Day

These 2 cards were made in honour of Hamiltongals's special Featured Stampers Day @ SCS .. her gallery is amazing and it was hard to pick just one card .. so I did 2 .... The Peach one is a case of this card The things I chose to change are ... different image, different CB folder, changed ribbon, changed the bottom of the card and omitted the blackand switched to peach.

The Yellow one is a case of this card I changed the images, cb folders, corners but kept the colors. Congrats on your day Laurie !!!

My Valentine Dairy Queen Cake Pizza !!!

I have the sweetest most thoughtful Husband ever .... here is Our funny Valentine's Day story.

He was wondering yesterday how he could sneak out of the house without me knowing so he could pick up a Dairy Queen Ice Cream Cake for me.... then I asked him to go to the grocery store to get a few things for my chili. He jumped at the chance LOL (not normal as he hates the grocery store)

Any way we went to bed and he was pretty pleased with himself cuz he had bought he cake and I did not suspect a thing.

He brought it out this morning and presented it to me.. with a little bit of a wondering look on his face ... believe this or not .... he thought it would be ok to leave it in the trunk overnight ???????? He now relates it to one of his best BONE HEAD MOVES .. LOL

This made him remember a WRKP In Cincinatti show .. When Herb was throwing turkeys out of a plane on Thanksgiving and Les Nessman was surprised that the turkeys were splatting on the ground ... he did'nt know turkey's couldn't fly ... and he could't get word to the plane to tell Herb to stop throwing them out ... OMG .. we were laughing til we cried ..They also thought it was a good idea at the time....... best Valentines cake pizza everever !!!!!

First Design Team Position !!!!!

I am so excited !! I have been chosen to be a 2010 Design team Member for Outlines Rubber Stamps. When I started making cards about 5 years ago now, My friends ..Karen and Kim got me hooked on Outlines Stamps. I love all the detail and all the cutting and snipping that their stamps required. Oh .. you can use as they are of course but the patterns and layers are what attracted me.

I went through my stash of Outlines yesterday and counted 56 ... so guess I can honestly say ... I LOVE OUTLINES
and I am so excited to get started.

So wish me luck and Please keep coming back to see what I come up with .. my first assignment will be EASTER !!!!

DD's Fave Color

This was made for my DD. Her fave color is pink and this is just for her. I used my Outlines Rubber Stamp called Heart Tatoo and embossed it with silver EP. Colored in a few of the spaces with my copic and added some stickles. The stamp was stamped once on white and once on pink CS and cut out. There are alot of rhinestones on the heart to give it some added bling !!!!!

My First Easel Card ...

This is my first easel card and I love it. I am not sure I love the image I chose but the fold is so simple and yet looks so ceative !! I followed the tutorial off of SCS and it can be found here if you wanna give it a go ... It is by Beate and super simple to follow.

FS155 @ SCS

This is a very late upload. It is Karen B Barbers FS special day over at SCS. I chose this card to case .. I changed the colors and Dp and ribbon but pretty much kept all else the same. She has an amazing gallery and it was very hard to chose a card.

It was also the first time I tried embossing on Vellum !! easy peasy !! and I was afraid of it.. :) not anymore ..

FS154 @ SCS

This card was made for the FS154 challenge today. We were to case a card from an awesome gallery over at Splitcoaststampers. The featured Stamper today was Anne aka jdmommy. She has an awesome gallery and this is the one I chose to case http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/ga...;ppuser=136194 we are to change up a few things so I changed the CB folder and added some black and used a different centre. Still stuck with the red as it is her favorite color. Hope you like it !!!

Verve Delight !!

I love this stamp set from Verve. After Christmas I purchased a few sets that were on sale at Verve and this was one set .. Delightful and Delicious. I used my CB and a corner punch and the little coffee cup is popped up. Hope you like it :)

So Sweet...

This is another card made with one one of Michaels 1.50 stamps. I paper pieced it and IRL the icing is very glittery. Lots of stickles. Just another quick fun card for the weekend.

This card is a RAK (Random Act of Kindness) from a lady that works with my daughter in Port Alberni, B.C. Her name is Treena and she saw the cards I send my DD and she makes cards as well ... so she sent me this Wonderful Christmas card!! How sweet .. and we have never met !!! I thought it was awfully nice of her... so ... of course I sent her one back :)

Thanks so much Treena .. I love it .. and when I get out there to visit .. we might just have to have one of those little drinkies together ...

My Beautiful New Ribbon Rack !!!

My Dear Husband made this gorgeous cabinet for me for Christmas. It holds about 400 rolls of ribbon and each of the little racks swing out for easy access to the one you want. it has the peg board on the front ...so if i want I can store more items. I kind of like it clan at this time. If I need space in the future I may use it. Is he just not the BEST !!!!!

Duchess Dolly the Dachshund !!!

This is my little Princess Dolly trying to help with the dishes... MMMM wonder where the 3 boy doggies are ??? She loves to get up on the dishwasher door and hope I will not catch her trying to lick the silverware clean LOL .. She is such a hoot !!!
