This card was made sometime ago at a card class I took with some dear friends. It is a very cool effect. We took a pretty napkin .. separated it to 1 ply .. then put a large piece of scor tape on top ... sprinkled the sugar beads on it and ...VOILA' IRL it is very shimmery and pretty ...with a great texture ... at that piont we completed the card.
