Ok ... Who is not hooked on Pinterest ??? Well I am. Hours and hours of my time lately has been spent on this site. I actually cased this card from a card I found there. I will share the link and give credit where credit is due. I loved this ladies card and tho I switched it up a bit .. I followed her lead and hope you like it. You can find the original here.
The thinks I changed are ...
I used a Tim Holtz embossing folder instead of a wood grain stamp,
I used Provo Craft (little metal squares ..forget what they are called as I have had them for ever ) for the bottoms of the bird houses.
I did not cut my hearts out of the brown and layer as she did.. I just cut out the hearts and placed them right on the brown squares.
Changed the sentiment panel and used The Stamps of Life set called branches4flowers.
I used a different border punch and added a little butterfly.
I also added a liitle rhinestone to the centre of the flowers.
Hope you like it ... :)

Winner Winner Chicken Dinner !!!!!
I was so excited to find out I won this set from The Stamps of Life for December .. It is called hope4us ... I actually got to pick my choice and choose this set ...Love it !!!! The sentiment is from a different set from TSOL called umbrella4you .. I love the DP .. it is from a stack from KC and Company called Olive Tree Kraft ... Enjoy !!
Catch Up !!
Here is a card I made with a new set I just bought from My Favorite Things...called Miss You a Latte. I paper pieced the coffee cups and colored the girl with my copics. The rest is pretty self explanitory. I loved the DDP , it is Basic Grey Picadilly Breakfast Nook. It reminds me of some wallpaper back in the day LOL.
Will most likely send this to my Aunt is Saskatchewan before I go there for Easter.. as it has been about 5 years since I was there last. I am going to see my Grandmother who turned 95 in November. I missed the party (cuz I am a chicken to drive in the Saskatchewan winter .. blush) and promised to come for a visit in the spring.
Hope ya like it !!!!!!!

Fluffy Flower
Well I guess this is sort of a Valentines Day card as well. I love making the little fluffy flower. I used many sheets of tissue. I cut the circles out with a 1 3/4 inch scalloped circle nestie. I then punched a whole thru the lot with my bog bite and placed a pink frosted brad thru the centre. Then I started to fold up and crunch each layer of tissue separately around the brad to make it nice and fluffy. Love the end result. I also used for the heart layers my new Nesties .. Heart Squares.
I buy all my nesties now from a friend in Las Vegas who has an amazing online store called Stamps Alive. Her prices are amazing and great service as well .. fast shipping. Hi Terri .. We got to meet once when I was there.. she brought tons of her stuff to my condo. (I had emailed her in advance so I could just pick it up. She is very very accommodating !!!
Anywhoooooooooooo back to the card LOL ....
The sentiment is from Stampin Up.. the set is called Field Flowers. I love how girly this turned out!!!!
Hope you like it .... Have a great day !!
2nd Valentines Day Card
This is the second card I made for Valentines Day .. I was so busy I just did not really get into Valentines Day this year. I made this with a little 1.50 stamp from Mikes. I used my Martha Stewart heart punch and some nestabilities for the circle. I also used a cuttlebug embossing folder for the panel. The little dog and bird was colored with copics. UI used a clear spica pen on the heart for a little glitter (Hard to see in this pic) Anyway just a quickie and hope ya like it :)
Unity Valentine
I had a little trouble with this card .. it just did not seem quite right but I went with it anyway. I love this set from Unity . Just not sure I did it justice. I did a little distressing on the edges, I was trying to make it masculine for my hubby. It is still in my stash ...LOL he never got it.
